1. What is the Panama – Texas Business Summit®?
The Panama Texas Business Summit® is the commercial exchange between independent businessmen; private businesses, the greater chambers of commerce of Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio; the chamber of commerce of Panama, officials and agencies from the Republic of Panama and the State of Texas. The Summit is a unique opportunity for both Panamanian and Texas businesses to create meaningful business connections in an informed, effective, and personable way. As one of the world’s freest and most vibrant economies, Panama is a country that is rich with opportunities for both local and international entrepreneurs.
2. Photography and Videos
The Panama Texas Business Summit® (PTBS) will have a professional photographer on-site covering the entire event. By attending, you are giving PTBS permission to be photographed or videotaped. You agree that PTBS can use these images with the expressed purpose of coverage and promotion of the event. Images will be uploaded to the internet for this purpose.

4. If I cannot make it to the event, can I get a refund for my ticket?
We understand last minute plans can change. This is our Refund Policy*:
– 90+ days before the event: 100% refund
– 60+ days before the event: 50% refund
– 30+ days before refund: 25% refund
– less than 30 days: No refund
*Every refund has a cancelation fee of $100. All refunds must be associated with the email that was used for your registration. Refunds will not be processed for accounts that are not registered. If you think you will not be able to make it, we suggest you get someone you know to participate. This is a unique, first-time event that in the future will be by invitation only.

5. What is included with the price of the ticket?
The price of the ticket includes participation in all 9 Summit breakouts that will take place during the event. Also includes all meals (2 breakfasts, 2 lunches and 2 dinners). The ticket does not include alcoholic beverages, does not include entrance to any other area or event outside of the Summit, does not include airfare or travel to/from the airport or any additional transportation or parking fees.
6. How can I get a discount on the ticket?
You can get a discount on the PTBS ticket if you are a member of an participating association, chamber or guild invited to the event (please go to the web site www.panamatexasbiz.com). At the moment of registration, you can indicate which one you belong to and get the associated discount. The affiliation will be verified and processed with your payment. In case you do not belong to any of those associations, chambers or guilds, the price will be indicated in the registration form. All participant registrations will be verified and approved by PTBS.
7. Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to anyone else as long as you send us an email to info@panamatexasbiz.com to request the name change.
8. I am interested in participating as a volunteer, what must I do?
For volunteer opportunities, please send an email to info@panamatexasbiz.com, with your contact information and we will get in touch with you.
9. What is PTBS’ privacy policy?
We will process your information according to US protection laws, whether received through our website, cellphone, or Internet.

When you create a registraion account and share your personal information such as name, last name, place of work, phone number, email, or website.
